This beautiful vacation villa can accommodate up to 8 people on 2098 sqft. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If required, the 2nd living room can be converted into a 4th bedroom by two pull-out couch sets.
The Master bedroom are equipped with a king size bed, the 2nd & 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed. The Master bathroom features a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, the 3rd is a guest bathroom with toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for dinner with family and friends. The large, south-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday enjoyment. The electrically heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for sociable BBQ evenings. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. Through the beautiful plants you have a wonderful view of the canal, For the little guests we have a pool fence to protect in the garage.
For the sporty activity or for explorations 4 bicycles are available.
To this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no jetty. We have jetties in the Yacht Club area and in the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and moor it back there on the lift in the evening.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
