The complete interior of the entire villa will be bright and in a modern style and furnished with handmade unique pieces. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. Integrated into the large, modern living room is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious dining room area. First-class appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. Coffee lovers will also find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. A game room also contributes to the entertainment.

The lanai is generously designed, as is the large heated pool & hot tub, which will give our guests a feeling of wellness. The highlight in the outdoor area will be the 2 outdoor fire bowls right by the pool. An exclusive outdoor kitchen is available for a cozy barbecue evening. The entire pool and lanai are surrounded by a screen. There are of course plenty of sun loungers available for you in the pool area.

From here you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and while you sit outside with a cocktail of your choice, you will be accompanied by manatees and dolphins enjoying the waters of the canal. The huge boat dock has a captain's walk and a separate platform with a tiki hut.
