With a living space of 2561 sqft, a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this beautiful, completely rebuilt and renovated villa offers space for up to 8 people. The south-west facing villa is located on a corner lot surrounded by water on one of the numerous salt water canals. From there you have direct access to the open sea.
Only high-quality materials were used. Travertine tile floors in every room, a new luxury wood country kitchen and Plantation shutters in almost every room. All bathrooms have been fitted with new showers. The villa is painted in cozy, atmospheric colors. Sunny, bright rooms and large panoramic sliding doors, through which the living room can be opened to the covered terrace and the pool, create a spacious atmosphere. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV and a sound system has been installed for musical entertainment.
The lanai is generously designed, as is the large heated pool & spa, which gives our guests a feeling of wellness. For a cozy barbecue evening, the dining area including a gas grill is available on the terrace. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.
In the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances, coffee lovers will also find a Nespresso machine. The master suite has a king bed with direct access to the pool. The other 3 bedrooms have queen-size beds. The villa also includes 2 adult bikes and a children's bike. A bike trailer for relaxed bike tours can also be used. Of course, there are chairs, cool boxes and other equipment available for trips to the beach. You can rent a boat for this villa, you can start your boat tour directly from the in-house dock with lift. The islands of Captiva and Sanibel are fantastically beautiful and offer unforgettable experiences.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
