The center of the villa is the large and luxuriously furnished living area with a large flat screen. The dining area and the kitchen are separated from the living room, so that you can really relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen bar invites you to have a quick breakfast.
The house and the interior is top of the line with the spacious pool area with Hot Tub. Both are electrically heatable. There are 6 sunbeds available for you to relax and recover from the stressful everyday life.
On the terrace you will find a dining table with 6 seats and a gas barbecue.
For your sporting activities, tennis courts are available directly opposite the Villa. If you are travelling with children, you will enjoy the large playground, which is also in the direct neighbourhood.
