This villa with golf access is located directly on the canal and faces southwest. From the boat deck you can see beautiful sunsets in the evening.
The master bedroom (kingsize bed) has direct access to the pool. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet. The villa has two further bedrooms (queensize bed), which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Altogether the villa offers space for 6 people and is very nicely and friendly furnished.
In the kitchen you will find all modern appliances as well as a kitchen bar, where you can also have a quick breakfast. The comfortably furnished living room invites you to spend time with family or friends. For entertainment you will find a large flat screen TV, a stereo and a DVD player.
Enjoy the pool and terrace area. On the provided sun loungers you can relax from the stressful everyday life and have a cool drink. The roofed terrace area provides shade on hot days and from the gas grill the steak will taste especially good.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream. To this villa you can rent a boat, even if this house does not have a boat lift. We have boat lifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rose Garden. From there you can use the boat you have rented, and moor it there again on the lift in the evening.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
