The villa is just northwest of Cape Coral and has a very beautiful position. Here there is no direct neighborhood and you look around in the nature and on the canal. This villa offers maximum space for up to 4 people. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own television. Both bathrooms are modernly equipped. The master bathroom with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, the guest bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including Nespresso machine. Here you have the possibility to have a quick breakfast at the kitchen bar. The dining area borders directly on the kitchen, everything is friendly attended. The bright and comfortably furnished living area has a comfortable seating area, here you can spend especially nice TV evenings in front of the large flat screen with family or friends. There is a WLAN high speed internet access available in the whole house area, also a Bose Sound System.
Through the large sliding door in the living room you can directly access the roofed terrace area. Here you will enjoy the juicy steak from the WEBER BBQ gas grill. Enjoy the hours of sunshine at the heated pool on the sun beds provided for you. The pool is facing south and you are invited to take a refreshing bath.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream. To this villa you can rent a boat, even if this house does not have a boat lift. We have boat lifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rose Garden. From there you can use the boat you have rented, and moor it there again on the lift in the evening.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
