From the living area you have access to the pool and terrace area. Enjoy an extensive sunbathing with a refreshing drink on the provided sun beds. Cape Coral Beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Restaurants, grocery stores and several outlets and malls are nearby.
For this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no jetty. We have a jetty in the Yacht Club area and at the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you rented, and in the evening you can park your moore it on the lift.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
