A modern sofa bed offers sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will want for nothing. At the heart of the villa is a classic dining table with seating for eight. A high chair, children's dishes and a baby bed are available for the little ones. The west-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The heated pool (big solar pool heater and a heatpump) invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. In the garage you will find a poker table which can be placed on the lanai. The villa is quiet and centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and much more are waiting for you.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva in the fastest way. You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.
