In the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed, where the lower lying surface can be extended to a double bed. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, sink, bathtub and toilet.
The fully equipped modern kitchen offers enough space to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends. The adjacent dining bar offers the possibility for a quick breakfast.
The living room is brightly furnished and the modern seating area invites you to spend cozy evenings watching TV in front of the large flat-screen TV. To spend sociable hours, a billiards table is at your disposal, which will surely provide a lot of entertainment. From the living room you can access the covered terrace, where a gas grill is ready for you. Here you will especially enjoy the juicy steak. The heated saltwater pool leaves nothing to be desired, here you can relax comfortably on the provided sun loungers and leave everyday life behind, under the sun of Cape Coral.
