Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. From there you have a picturesque view directly on the Caloosahatchee River. Due to the direct location on the river, you will often see dolphins. These hunt for fish under the adjacent boat docks. With a bit of luck, you will also be able to see the popular manatees.
There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the accompanying bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-size bed. The living area is open and bright. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large couch, a TV and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils and the kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. Sliding doors open onto the terrace to complement the open plan concept.
The villa is quiet, yet centrally located. You can be at the nearest supermarket in 5 minutes by car. Of course you will find everything your heart desires in Cape Coral, from numerous golf courses and restaurants to great shops for your shopping tour.
