This villa is very tastefully furnished in Asian ambience. It is located in the popular residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. Directly at one of the wide canals, with view on two canal crossings. The villa is south facing.
German television is at your disposal and you can watch all channels also 7 days retroactively.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (2x kingsize, 1x queensize) and 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and 2 separate washstands. Of course the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all comforts and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and for Nespresso lovers there is a Citiz machine available.
For an excursion, or a short shopping trip, there are 4 bicycles available. There are also 4 kayaks for a nice paddle ride on the canals.
To this villa you can also rent a sports boat Hurricane Sundeck. Plan unforgettable tours to the nearby islands Sanibel and Captiva.
On site you will be looked after by our German speaking property management.
