The huge saltwater pool, facing south, has a separate hot tub and extends across the spacious outdoor area. Enjoy the peace and the most beautiful sunsets while relaxing on one of the sun chaises.
The living area of this villa with the open kitchen and the dining area is very modern and high quality. Great view through the huge sliding doors to the pool area. The dining area in the house also offers seating for 6 people.
There are 4 modern TVs, Netflix and Apple TV for your entertainment. Also a Sonos system is offered.
And for all beach lovers: beach towels, cool box, beach chairs and beach umbrella are available.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream. To this villa you can rent a boat, even if this house does not have a boat lift. We have boat lifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rose Garden. From there you can use the boat you have rented, and moor it there again on the lift in the evening.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
