The holiday home is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, in an exclusive canal end location. The extensive terrace area, with electrically heated large pool with whirlpool, extends over the entire width of the canal. It has sun all day due to its generous design. Or you can spend your time under the shady, roofed outdoor area. The fantastic view over the complete length of the canal will inspire you.
The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to the pool area, each with king-size beds, and offers sufficient space for up to 7 people. It is well equipped and suitable for both couples and families. Even equipment for toddlers such as baby bed/eug, high chair, crockery and beach utensils is available.
You can rent a boat to this villa, even if it has no Boatlift/Boatdock. We have Boatlifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rosegarden. From there, you can use the boat you have hired and moor it again on the lift in the evening.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
